Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data adorntrade.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can require us to do with it. The data controller is 广州杰维纳珠宝有限公司. Privacy questions and rights requests go to sales@adorntrade.com.

What we collect

We do not receive or store your card details. Payment is completed on PayPal's own systems; we are told whether a payment succeeded and for how much, not what instrument paid it.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. This is a trade site sold to businesses.

Legal bases

• Contract — account, order, and delivery data. Without it we cannot sell to you or ship to you.
• Legal obligation — transaction and customs records we are required to retain.
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and basic aggregate analytics used to keep the site working. We balance these against your rights and use the minimum data that achieves the purpose.
• Consent — non-essential cookies and marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share the minimum necessary with providers who act on our instructions:

• PayPal — to take payment and to handle refunds and disputes.
• Carriers and customs brokers — recipient name, address, phone, and declaration data, so the parcel can be delivered and cleared.
• Email and hosting providers — to send transactional email and to run the site.
• Analytics — where enabled, and only after you consent to non-essential cookies.

We also disclose data where a law, court order, or regulator compels it, and where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Fulfilling a cross-border order necessarily moves your delivery data to the destination country and to the carriers and customs authorities involved. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK, EEA, or another jurisdiction with transfer restrictions, we rely on the applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as legal, tax, customs, and accounting obligations require, or as long as needed to establish or defend a legal claim. When a retention period ends the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable form, withdraw consent, and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these. Residents of California may additionally request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, and may opt out of any sale or sharing — noting that we do neither.

Send requests to sales@adorntrade.com. We may need to verify who you are before acting, which protects you as much as us. We respond within the period the applicable law allows. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in a recoverable form. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to order and customer data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page before they take effect. The date this page was last updated is shown in your browser's page information.
