Product data file and photo use

One CSV file lists every orderable item in the AdornTrade catalogue: 7,964 item codes across 2,147 listings, each with its options, the 1, 3 and 8-piece prices, stock status, the date its stock was last checked, the product link and photo links. No account or sign-up is needed.

Stock and prices in the file come from the nightly check against source; the latest finished on 25 October 2026. The file is rebuilt from the live catalogue at least every six hours, so it matches the product pages.

What each row contains

One row is one orderable item: a single size, colour, length or stone option of a listing, with its own item code. The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and the columns can be mapped onto a store's product import.

Column	What it holds
`item_code`	The code for this exact option, for example AT-E83CC4D3-01. It stays with the option for as long as the listing is on sale, and the same code is printed on the commercial invoice and the packing list.
`product_code`	The code of the listing the option belongs to.
`title`	The listing title as shown on the product page.
`material_family`	The material family: 925 sterling silver, moissanite, stainless steel, copper and brass, or natural stone and pearl.
`category`	The product type within that family, such as rings or earrings.
`material`	The base metal stated for the listing.
`option_1_name`	The first option dimension, such as Size or Color.
`option_1_value`	The value of that option for this row. Ring sizes state their system: US sizes, or Hong Kong sizes with the inner diameter in millimetres.
`option_2_name`	The second option dimension, if the listing has one.
`option_2_value`	Its value for this row.
`option_3_name`	The third option dimension, if the listing has one.
`option_3_value`	Its value for this row.
`us_ring_size`	For rings sized in Hong Kong sizes, the US size calculated from the stated inner diameter, to the nearest quarter size.
`price_1_usd`	The price per piece in US dollars when you buy 1 or 2 pieces of the listing.
`price_3plus_usd`	The price per piece at 3 or more pieces of the same listing; options can be mixed to reach the quantity.
`price_8plus_usd`	The price per piece at 8 or more pieces of the same listing. All three prices are charged exactly as shown; shipping is quoted at checkout.
`availability`	in_stock or out_of_stock at the time the file was built.
`stock_checked_utc`	The date this listing was last checked against source for price, stock and options.
`product_url`	The product page, opened on this exact option.
`image_url`	The photo for this option, or the main photo of the listing.
`gallery_image_urls`	All photos of the listing, separated by \|, on the first row of each listing.
`specifications`	Stated facts such as base metal, finish, stone, setting and profile, as Label: value pairs separated by semicolons.
`description`	The product description, on the first row of each listing.

Using our product photos

For goods you have bought from AdornTrade, you may use our product photos on your own website, on marketplace listings such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay, and in social media posts and ads for those goods. You may crop and resize the photos and change the background. There is no fee. The photos may not be used to advertise goods sourced elsewhere. The same terms are in our terms of service.

The photo links in the file point to the image files on our site, so they can be downloaded in bulk or imported straight into a store.

Checking stock before you reorder

Each product page shows the date its stock was last checked, and the stock_checked_utc column carries the same date. A size that sells out shows as out_of_stock; on its product page you can register interest and we will let you know if it comes back. How repeat orders, specification changes and discontinued styles are handled is set out in reordering and restocking.
