Stock and prices are reconciled with production every night: a withdrawn style is taken off sale, a price change is repriced, and an option whose specification changed is paused until it is re-checked. The quantity on the listing is the quantity available, updated every night.

When a design is withdrawn from production, the listing is withdrawn rather than left open. A single failed check never withdraws anything: a listing is only treated as gone after several nights in a row without an answer.

A higher production minimum is not passed on to you

If a workshop raises its minimum order above a single piece, the listing is withdrawn permanently rather than kept at a quantity you cannot actually buy. That is why every listing you can order here can still be ordered as a single piece.

An option whose wording changes is held until it is checked

If the specification of a size, colour or stone option changes, that option is paused until the English description has been re-checked against the new specification. You reorder the option you ordered last time, not a renamed one that may no longer mean the same thing.

Prices follow the cost

Published prices at 1, 3 and 8 units are recalculated when the cost of the item changes, and the whole catalogue is repriced when the dollar to yuan rate moves by more than 2 percent. A reorder is charged at the price shown on the listing on the day you order, which may differ from your last order.

Out-of-stock designs can be requested

When a variant shows zero, the listing lets you leave your email for that exact option. The request reaches our team, and the listing becomes orderable again as soon as the nightly check finds stock again.

Order into the handling window

Orders are prepared and dispatched from China within 3 to 7 business days of payment, then travel on the carrier line you choose at checkout. A store reordering on a fixed day each month should place the order with that window in mind rather than expecting a domestic lead time.

Mix designs freely

There is no per-design minimum and no order minimum, so a monthly reorder can repeat your best sellers at the published prices in whatever quantities they sold and add a single piece of a new design to test alongside them.

Paperwork for each reorder

Every paid order comes with a commercial invoice and a packing list in English, with one line per item: description, material, HS code, country of origin, quantity and unit price. The link arrives in the payment confirmation email, so each reorder has its own document for your books or your broker.
