Wholesale Jewelry Buyer FAQ: Minimum Order, Prices, 925 Silver, Moissanite, Duties and Invoices

AdornTrade is a wholesale jewelry supplier for boutiques and online stores, from first orders to regular restocks. AdornTrade has been in the jewelry business since 2020. It runs its own silver jewelry factory, which handles product QC, and works with partner stainless steel and copper jewelry factories in Panyu and Dongguan; catalogue pieces, including 925 sterling silver and moissanite, also come from a wider network of partner workshops, and each listing states its own material and source.

Ordering and prices

Do I need a business licence, an EIN, a VAT number or a resale certificate to order?

No. A first order needs nothing extra at checkout: add the listings, choose a shipping line and pay online straight away. Every later order is paid online the same way.

What is the minimum order?

One piece. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value: each of the 1,693 published listings can be ordered from 1 piece, and the same listing shows its 3-unit and 8-unit price, so a style can be tested before it is restocked.

Can I see wholesale prices without an account?

Yes. Every price is public from the first visit, with no login or application: the single-piece, 3-unit and 8-unit prices sit on the same listing. Across the catalogue the 3-unit price is on average 6.26% below the single-piece price, and the 8-unit price 18.76% below. The median single-piece price is $10.81.

Can I mix materials and styles in one order?

Yes. One basket can combine listings from all five material families: 925 sterling silver, moissanite, stainless steel, copper and brass, and natural stone and pearl. Each line keeps its own published price, and the whole order ships under one shipping quote.

How do I pay?

Online at checkout, in US dollars, through PayPal: pay with a PayPal account, or with a credit or debit card without a PayPal account. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for browsing; the order is charged in USD.

Who is AdornTrade, and where are the factories?

AdornTrade is a wholesale jewelry supplier based in Guangzhou, China, in the jewelry business since 2020, selling to boutiques, online stores and small jewelry brands. It runs its own silver jewelry factory and works with partner stainless steel and copper jewelry factories in Panyu and Dongguan. The catalogue holds 1,693 listings from 30 source factories and workshops, with the widest ranges in 925 sterling silver (627 listings) and moissanite (415).

How do I know a piece sold as 925 sterling silver is really 925?

A piece is labelled 925 sterling silver only when its supplier record states 925 or S925, and our own silver jewelry factory handles product QC. To check for yourself, order a single piece first: a jeweller can confirm the silver content with an acid test or an XRF reading in a few minutes. The 925 sterling silver range holds 627 listings, from $1.87.

Does the moissanite come with a certificate?

Yes. Every moissanite stone ships with its GRA certificate. Each of the 415 moissanite listings states both the stone and the metal it is set in, and the median single-piece price is $23.56.

Do you have third-party lab test reports?

Yes. Our stainless steel was tested by Guangdong Consumer Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CTT), a CNAS-accredited laboratory, in report CTT26090107358EN: stainless-steel composition (ASTM A959), EU nickel release (EN 1811), and lead and cadmium under EU REACH, all passed. Every page of the report and a QR code to check it on the laboratory's own system are on the test reports page. The results apply to the sample tested.

Can I reorder the same styles later?

Yes, from the same listing. Every night each listing is checked against its source for price, stock and options, and a listing the source stops selling is taken off sale, so what can be added to the basket is what can be supplied. On 14 October 2026, 1,691 of 1,693 listings were in stock.

Shipping, duties and documents

Will I have to pay import duty when the parcel arrives?

Not on the duty-prepaid lines. To the USA and the UK, the import duty is included in the shipping amount you approve at checkout. To the EU, the duty-paid lines cover parcels with a declared value up to $165 (the EU threshold of EUR 150); above that, checkout offers express services on which the receiver pays duty on delivery, and they are labelled that way. Import VAT in the EU depends on your country and VAT registration.

Do you provide a commercial invoice and a packing list?

Yes, as a download. Every paid order has a commercial invoice and a packing list in English, with one line per item: description, material, HS code, country of origin, quantity and unit price. Download them from the order page in your account or from the link in the payment confirmation email, then print them or save them as a PDF. The downloadable copy carries no company seal; for a copy with our electronic company seal, contact customer service at sales@adorntrade.com.

When is shipping cost confirmed?

Shipping is charged separately from the goods: catalogue and cart prices never include carriage. The cost for your order is quoted at checkout for your destination and paid together with the order. Carriers bill on chargeable weight — the greater of actual and volumetric weight — so the checkout figure is calculated from the actual items in your order. See shipping information.

Delivery times, claims and contact

Which return or delivery terms apply?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Transit then takes a further 7-15 business days, depending on destination and service. The return request window is 14 days after delivery. Eligibility, costs, exclusions, and remedies are governed by the published returns policy.
