Where to Buy Wholesale Jewelry for a Boutique in 2026: 8 Suppliers Compared on Minimums, Landed Cost and Reorders
By Alex, Founder, AdornTrade 2026-10-08 14 min read

Quick answer: where to buy wholesale jewelry for a boutique depends on three published terms (the minimum order, the landed cost per piece once freight and duty are added, and the price you pay on the reorder), and eight suppliers are compared on those terms below. AdornTrade (Guangzhou, China) sells 925 sterling silver, moissanite set on 925, stainless steel, copper and brass, and natural stone and pearl from 1 piece per style with no minimum order value; on 8 October 2026 a mixed 12-piece 925 sterling silver basket to the United States came to $110.98 delivered with duty prepaid, or $9.25 a piece. Jewena, AdornTrade's sister brand for stainless steel, sells from 1 piece and quoted a 12-piece order to New York at $4.07 a piece delivered on 3 October 2026. Nihaojewelry states no minimum order across more than 800,000 items. Silver Palace Inc. in Los Angeles asks for a $200 minimum and a resale certificate or business license. Sidney Imports asks for a $100 minimum and ships within 48 hours. Blue Apple Imports sells to businesses only with a $50 minimum. Wona Trading in New York states no minimum purchase. Faire gives 60 days to pay and free returns on every first order with a brand.
Disclosure: AdornTrade is our own site, and Jewena is our sister brand (the same company sells stainless steel under that name). Both are described against the same questions as the other six. Every fact about another supplier was read on that supplier's own website on 8 October 2026 and is linked in the sources at the end. Where a supplier does not publish a term, the cell says "not stated" rather than a guess. The order is not a quality ranking: it groups suppliers by how they hold stock, because that decides the minimum and the landed cost more than anything else.
Where can I buy wholesale jewelry for my boutique? Eight suppliers at a glance
A boutique buying for resale usually wants the same three things: a first rail of 10 to 20 styles without a case-pack commitment, a delivered price it can mark up with confidence, and a second order that costs what the first one did. The table puts those terms side by side for eight wholesale jewelry suppliers for a boutique buying in the United States.
| Supplier | Based in | How stock is held | Minimum order | Landed cost and duty | Reorder terms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AdornTrade | Guangzhou, China | Own catalogue of 1,693 listings across five material families; quality control at its own silver jewelry factory, supply from partner workshops | None; from 1 piece per style, no minimum order value, materials mixed in one order | 12 pieces of 925 sterling silver to the US: $110.98 delivered, $9.25 a piece, duty prepaid (8 October 2026) | Public 1-, 3- and 8-piece prices on every listing, the same on every order | A 925 silver or moissanite rail opened from 1 piece per style, with the delivered cost shown before paying |
| Jewena (sister brand) | Guangzhou, China | Stainless steel ready stock; 684 styles in stock on 8 October 2026 | None; from 1 piece | 12 pieces to New York: $48.82 delivered, $4.07 a piece, duty paid (3 October 2026) | Public price steps at 3 and 10 pieces | A low-priced stainless steel rail |
| Nihaojewelry | China; warehouses in China and Mexico | Online marketplace sourcing from 4,000+ factories plus its own factory; 800,000+ items | No minimum order | Express-DDP channel to the US with duties covered, 8 to 12 days; postal lines 10 to 25 days | Up to 15% bulk discount; 30% off at 200+ pieces per SKU | Trend-led fashion jewelry across a very wide range |
| Silver Palace Inc. | Los Angeles, USA (established 1996) | Domestic inventory, 25,000+ designs, same-day shipping | $200 minimum purchase; resale certificate or business license required | Already in the US, so no import step for the buyer; freight not stated on the pages read | Volume discounts available; tiers not stated on the pages read | US boutiques that need silver in the store within days |
| Sidney Imports | United States (since 1990) | 30,000+ sterling silver designs in stock | $100 minimum order | Domestic; ships within 48 hours of the order | 2% off from $500, 3% from $1,000, 5% from $2,000; returns within 30 days | Deep sterling silver restocks from a US warehouse |
| Blue Apple Imports | United States | Domestic wholesale stock; business buyers only | $50 minimum order | Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout | 2% off from $200, 3% from $500, 5% from $1,000; 14-day returns | The lowest dollar minimum among the US distributors here |
| Wona Trading | New York, USA (founded 2004) | Online and walk-in store in the NYC wholesale accessories district | No minimum purchase stated | Domestic; "fast delivery" stated, no timeframe given | Not stated | Jewelry and accessories from one New York source |
| Faire | Online marketplace | 100,000+ brands, each holding and shipping its own stock | Set per brand; "low or no minimums" at thousands of brands | Freight set per brand | 60 days to pay, interest free; free returns on every first order with a brand | Opening orders with many independent brands on payment terms |
Competitor terms were read on each supplier's own site on 8 October 2026; Jewena's delivered figure is the one it published for 3 October 2026. Discount tiers, free-shipping rules and promotions change, so confirm them on the supplier's site before ordering.
Landed cost per piece: the number a reseller should compare
A unit price on a product page is not what a piece costs you on the shelf. The number that decides your margin is the landed cost per piece: goods plus freight plus any import duty, divided by the pieces in the parcel. A US distributor has already paid the freight and duty and folded them into the trade price. A supplier shipping from abroad adds them on your parcel, and the useful question is whether they are shown before you pay or collected at your door.
Here is the basket we priced on adorntrade.com on 8 October 2026, using the cart and the checkout shipping estimate for a US address:
- Pieces: 12 pieces of 925 sterling silver across 10 styles: bracelets, a chain necklace, earrings, pendant necklaces and open rings.
- Single-piece prices: $6.33 to $13.13 per style. The basket was priced at the 1-piece tier; the 3- and 8-piece tiers are lower.
- Goods: $95.41.
- Duty-prepaid US shipping: $15.57, with an estimated 10 to 15 days in transit.
- Delivered total: $110.98, which is $9.25 a piece. Freight and duty together were $1.30 a piece, about 14% of the delivered total.
For comparison, Jewena's published stainless steel basket of 12 pieces ($36.38 of goods plus $12.44 of duty-paid freight) landed at $4.07 a piece, where shipping was about 25% of the total. Cheaper pieces carry a larger freight share, which is why a low unit price alone tells you little. The same arithmetic works for a domestic distributor: divide the invoice, including its shipping line, by the pieces received.
Once you have the landed figure, retail pricing follows from it, not from the unit price. At the common keystone convention of twice cost, a $9.25 landed piece retails at $18.50; at 2.5 times it retails at about $23.13. Our guide to jewelry markup and margin for resellers works through those multiples by material.
The eight suppliers, one by one
1. AdornTrade: Guangzhou, China
AdornTrade is a Guangzhou-based wholesale jewelry supplier. Its own silver jewelry factory handles quality control, and the catalogue is supplied by a network of partner workshops. It currently lists 1,693 products: 627 in 925 sterling silver, 415 in moissanite set on 925 silver, 250 in stainless steel, 200 in copper and brass, and 201 in natural stone and pearl. Every sterling listing is stated as 925 or S925 by its source workshop, and every moissanite stone ships with a GRA certificate.
Every listing can be ordered from 1 piece, there is no minimum order value, and materials can be mixed in one order. The 1-, 3- and 8-piece prices are public on every listing with no account needed to see them; across the catalogue the 3-piece price is about 6.26% below the single-piece price and the 8-piece price about 18.76% below it. Median single-piece prices are $13.06 for sterling silver and $23.56 for moissanite. Stock dispatches in 3 to 7 working days. To the United States, a duty-prepaid economy line covers orders up to $300 of declared value; above that, checkout offers express couriers. Payment is online by PayPal or card, including on a first order. The measured 12-piece basket above landed at $9.25 a piece.
Best for: boutiques opening or restocking a 925 sterling silver or moissanite rail one piece per style, who want the delivered cost and the reorder price visible before paying. The wholesale jewelry for boutiques page shows how a mixed boutique basket is built.
2. Jewena: Guangzhou, China (AdornTrade's sister brand)
Jewena sells stainless steel jewelry from ready stock in Guangzhou: 684 styles were listed as in stock on 8 October 2026, with public USD prices and no account required. Every style can be ordered from 1 piece, the per-piece price steps down at 3 and 10 pieces, and ready stock dispatches in 3 to 6 working days with tracking. Its US, UK and EU economy lines are duty paid, so the checkout total is the delivered cost. On 3 October 2026 it published a mixed 12-piece order to New York at $48.82 delivered, $4.07 a piece.
Best for: a lower-priced stainless steel rail next to a silver one, bought on the same 1-piece terms.
3. Nihaojewelry: China
Nihaojewelry describes itself as an online wholesale jewelry marketplace founded in 2013, offering more than 800,000 fashion items with no minimum order requirement. It states that it works with over 4,000 accessory factories and runs its own factory, with warehouses in China and Mexico. Published discounts are up to 15% for volume and 30% off at 200 or more pieces per SKU. For the US it lists an Express-DDP channel at 8 to 12 days with duties covered, and postal services at 10 to 25 days depending on the destination.
Best for: shops that turn trend fashion jewelry quickly and want one account across a very wide, fast-changing range.
4. Silver Palace Inc.: Los Angeles, USA
Silver Palace states it was established in 1996 and operates from 640 S. Hill Street in the Los Angeles Jewelry District. It lists 25,000+ designs across sterling silver, moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, 14K gold and stainless steel, with ready inventory for same-day shipping. Wholesale buyers face a $200 minimum purchase and need a valid resale certificate or business license. Volume discounts are mentioned; the tiers are not on the pages we read.
Best for: US boutiques that hold a resale certificate and need silver on the shelf within days rather than weeks.
5. Sidney Imports: United States
Sidney Imports has been a wholesale distributor since 1990 and lists over 30,000 sterling silver designs in stock. The minimum order is $100. Volume discounts apply at checkout: wholesale price from $100 to $499, 2% off from $500, 3% off from $1,000 and 5% off above $2,000. Orders ship within 48 hours, and returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Best for: boutiques restocking sterling silver in volume from a domestic warehouse, where a 2% to 5% discount on larger orders matters.
6. Blue Apple Imports: United States
Blue Apple Imports sells to wholesale businesses only, with a $50 minimum order. Its homepage lists tiered discounts: standard wholesale pricing from $50 to $199, 2% off from $200 to $499, 3% off from $500 to $1,000, and 5% off from $1,000. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout, and the site links a 14-day returns policy.
Best for: small US shops that want a domestic distributor with the lowest dollar minimum in this group.
7. Wona Trading: New York, USA
Wona Trading was founded in 2004 and runs an online store and a store at 37 West 28th Street in the New York wholesale fashion accessories district. Its homepage states no minimum purchase and fast delivery on all orders; a delivery timeframe, product count and reorder terms are not stated on the pages we read.
Best for: boutiques buying jewelry and fashion accessories together from one New York source.
8. Faire: online marketplace
Faire is a wholesale marketplace of over 100,000 brands, each holding and shipping its own stock. Minimums are set by each brand, and the homepage points to thousands of brands with low or no minimums. What Faire adds as a marketplace is payment and returns: 60 days to pay, interest free, and free returns on every first order with a brand. Freight and reorder prices are set brand by brand.
Best for: retailers opening accounts with many independent brands at once who want payment terms and a safety net on first orders.
FashionGo, a US fashion wholesale marketplace, is not in the table because it is built around apparel. For jewelry buyers its published terms are free shipping from $100 with accessories and jewelry vendors, pay-later terms of 30, 45 or 60 days, and a seller's permit required at registration.
What is the best place to buy jewelry in bulk to resell?
The best place to buy jewelry in bulk to resell is the one whose terms match how your shop sells. Picking by situation:
- Testing a new rail of 10 to 20 styles: a 1-piece supplier (AdornTrade, Jewena) or a no-minimum catalogue (Nihaojewelry, Wona Trading). You buy one of each style, see which sell, and reorder those.
- Selling 925 sterling silver or moissanite: AdornTrade from 1 piece with public tier prices; Sidney Imports or Silver Palace if stock must already be in the US and a $100 or $200 minimum suits you.
- Need stock in the store this week: a US distributor. Sidney Imports ships within 48 hours and Silver Palace states same-day shipping.
- Want payment terms: Faire's 60 days to pay, or FashionGo's 30 to 60 days if you hold a seller's permit.
- Buying hundreds of the same piece: Nihaojewelry's 30% off at 200 or more pieces per SKU, or the 8-piece tier at AdornTrade if you are buying smaller multiples.
Most boutiques end up running two routes at once: a domestic source for the lines that must be on the shelf now, and a direct supplier for the rail where the landed price per piece and a predictable reorder price matter more than speed. Our earlier comparisons cover neighbouring questions: wholesale jewelry websites by channel type, sterling silver wholesale suppliers, and wholesale jewelry suppliers for small businesses.
How to compare wholesale jewelry vendors for boutiques: a seven-point checklist
- Read the minimum in the unit you buy in. A $50 minimum, a $200 minimum, 12 pieces per style and 1 piece per style are four different commitments. For a first rail of 12 styles, only the last lets you buy one of each.
- Ask for the delivered total on your real basket. Put 10 to 12 pieces in the cart and read the shipping line at checkout. Divide the delivered total by the pieces; that is your landed cost.
- Find out who pays the import duty. Since 2025, parcels from China no longer enter the United States duty-free. On a duty-prepaid line the duty is inside the shipping figure; on other lines it is collected on delivery.
- Check the reorder price before the first order. Public tier prices that apply to every order are plannable; account-level or negotiated prices are not.
- Read the material claim per listing. For silver, look for 925 or S925 stated on the listing itself. For moissanite, ask whether a grading certificate ships with each stone.
- Check the paperwork the supplier asks for. Silver Palace asks for a resale certificate or business license, FashionGo for a seller's permit, Blue Apple for a business buyer. Have them ready before you register.
- Turn speed into a number. "Fast" is not a timeframe. Working days to dispatch (48 hours at Sidney, 3 to 7 working days at AdornTrade) plus transit days is.
How this comparison was made
All eight suppliers were read on their own websites on 8 October 2026: homepages, about pages and help-centre pages, linked in the sources below. The AdornTrade basket was priced on adorntrade.com the same day at the 1-piece tier with a US shipping address; Jewena's figure is the one it published for 3 October 2026. We left out terms that a supplier did not publish rather than estimating them. Competitor terms were read on 8 October 2026; AdornTrade's catalogue counts and prices in it update automatically as the catalogue changes.
