Orders of $99–$350 ship free on the duty-paid line to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico, as several duty-paid parcels when an order is above a parcel ceiling; above $350, parcels over those ceilings go by express with duties payable on delivery.
