Duty-prepaid (DDP) lines are quoted to the United States (parcels up to $300 declared value), the EU (up to $165 per parcel), the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, so the checkout total is the landed cost on those lines. Elsewhere, express lines are quoted with duties payable on delivery. Orders of $99–$350 ship free on the duty-paid line to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico, as several duty-paid parcels when an order is above a parcel ceiling; above $350, parcels over those ceilings go by express with duties payable on delivery.
