Explore productsWhat travels with the order
Five things exist and can be checked. The customs declaration travels with the parcel and is written line by line: product description, material, tariff heading, quantity and China as the country of origin; base-metal jewellery, which is what steel is for customs, goes under heading 7117.19. Every paid order also comes with a commercial invoice and a packing list in English, with the seller, the buyer and one line per item: description, material, HS code, country of origin, quantity and unit price. The link arrives in the payment confirmation email, ready to print or save as a PDF for your broker or your books. The listing names the material, and the order confirmation email repeats the material and the unit price of every line you bought. Every design can be ordered as a single piece at its listed price, so you can check the quality in hand before you build a collection around it. A claim window of 14 days after delivery applies to every order.
