Wholesale jewelry price list

Wholesale Jewelry Price List: 1,161 Listings, Every Price Public, Median $5.37 Per Piece

AdornTrade publishes 1,159 listings with three prices on every one of them: the single piece, the 3 unit and the 8 unit wholesale price. Nothing is behind a login and there is no separate trade list to request. Single-piece prices run from $0.14 to $137.38 with a median of $5.37, and the goods price is quoted separately from the duty-prepaid freight so the checkout total is the landed cost.

Most wholesale jewelry price lists are not lists. They are a form, an account approval, and a PDF that arrives two days later with prices that depend on who asked. This page is the actual catalogue arithmetic, computed from the published listings on 15 September 2026 and reproducible by opening any product page. Every listing carries its own 1, 3 and 8 unit price, the same numbers for every visitor, with no account tier and no minimum order value to unlock them. Freight is quoted separately at checkout for your destination and your parcel weight, on lines where the import duty is already included, so the two halves of your landed cost are visible before you commit to either.

  1. 01

Every figure on this page is computed from the published catalogue on 15 September 2026 and can be checked by opening any listing: the 1, 3 and 8 unit prices are printed on the product page itself.

  2. 02

There is no separate trade price list, no login price and no quote-only item. The number a first-time visitor sees is the number an eighth-time buyer sees at the same quantity.

  3. 03

The tier discounts are not rounded marketing steps. Measured across all 3,654 published variants, the 3 unit price averages 6.28 per cent below the single price and the 8 unit price averages 18.77 per cent below it.

  4. 04

The tiers exist on all 3,654 variants rather than on a selected subset, so there is no listing where the advertised structure quietly does not apply.

  5. 05

Goods price and freight are quoted separately and both are visible before you commit. The freight lines carry their own duty-prepaid status, which is a property of the carrier line rather than a claim on this page.

The other half of the landed cost: what freight adds

Shipping information

Price of goods and price of freight are two different numbers

The figures above are the price of the goods only. Freight is quoted separately at checkout against your destination and your parcel's actual weight, and it is not folded into the item price or averaged into a headline rate. The reason for keeping them apart is that they move independently: a $5 median piece costs the same to a shop in Poland and a shop in Malta, while the parcel that carries it does not.

What the freight half looks like to the United States

A 200 g parcel to the US was quoted on 15 September 2026 at $6.98 on the economy line at 10 to 15 days, $7.18 on the premium line at 5 to 7 days and $8.56 on the standard line at 8 to 15 business days. All three were duty prepaid, which means the import duty is already inside the figure and nothing further is collected on delivery.

What the freight half looks like to Europe

All 27 EU countries returned a duty-prepaid economy line at 7 to 15 days for a 200 g parcel on the same date, running from $8.86 in Poland to $13.44 in Malta, a spread of $4.58 across the whole union. The UK economy line was $5.11 at 7 to 15 days, also duty prepaid.

What the checkout total covers, and what it does not

The checkout total is the goods at their published tier price plus the freight line you select, and on a duty-prepaid line that total is the landed cost: nothing further is collected from you or your customer at the door. It does not cover the sales tax or VAT you charge on your own resale, and it does not cover anything a forwarder charges if you arrange onward movement yourself.

Parcel value ceiling and what happens above it

A single parcel is prepared with a declared value ceiling, which is our own operating limit rather than the carrier's, so that the shipment stays inside the small-shipment handling the duty-prepaid rate is built on. Orders above that ceiling are not refused; they are split across more parcels and each parcel is quoted on its own weight. That is why a larger order can show more than one freight line.

Before the transit clock starts

Orders are prepared in 3 to 7 business days, and every transit range above begins after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Freight also moves with carrier pricing over time, which is why each rate on this page carries the date it was quoted rather than being presented as a standing tariff.

How to use this list for a first order

Store information

What $100 of goods buys, by material

Taking each family's median listing at its 8 unit price: about 94 copper pieces at $1.06, about 29 stainless steel pieces at $3.39, about 25 pearl or stone pieces at $3.88, about 10 sterling silver pieces at $9.61, or about 7 moissanite pieces at $13.92. Those are medians, so half of each family sits below the figure shown, and a basket that mixes families lands somewhere between.

What the 3 and 8 unit steps are actually worth

Measured across all 3,654 published variants the 3 unit price averages 6.28 per cent below the single price and the 8 unit price averages 18.77 per cent below it. Worked on each family's median: sterling silver $11.83 becomes about $11.09 at three and $9.61 at eight; stainless steel $4.17 becomes $3.91 and $3.39; moissanite $17.13 becomes $16.06 and $13.92; copper $1.31 becomes $1.23 and $1.06; pearl and stone $4.77 becomes $4.47 and $3.88. Across the whole catalogue the median $5.37 becomes about $5.03 and $4.36.

Why the same category spans a wide band

Sterling silver runs from $3.07 to $137.38 not because pricing is inconsistent but because the family contains both a plain stud and a heavy chain. The median is the more useful planning number than either end: $11.83 for silver, $4.17 for steel, $17.13 for moissanite, $1.31 for copper, $4.77 for pearl and stone. Where a family is tight, the band says so: every one of the 204 copper listings is under $5.

The cheapest place to start, and the caveat

Copper is the lowest entry point in the catalogue with all 204 listings under $5 and a median of $1.31, and stainless steel is next with 202 of 293 listings under $5. Those two are where a counter test costs the least. The caveat is that neither is where the margin per piece is largest, and neither carries the 925 record that the silver and moissanite families do, so the cheapest shelf and the best shelf for your shop are not necessarily the same one.

Reading the price for a reorder

The single-piece price is what a first test costs, and the 3 and 8 unit prices are what the reorder costs once a design has sold. Both are on the listing when you place the first order, so there is nothing to renegotiate and no account to upgrade between them. A shop that brings in 1 each of ten designs and reorders the three that sold, eight at a time, pays the 8 unit price on those three from the second order onward.

One parcel, several materials

Materials are not separate orders. Silver, steel, copper, moissanite and pearl travel in the same parcel and are quoted on that parcel's weight rather than per line, and each keeps its own published tier prices. There is no per-material minimum and no per-category order value to reach.

What a 925 sterling silver ring costs on this list

Forty-nine listings on 18 September 2026, $3.95 to $25.69 at each listing's lowest variant, median $9.21; 31 are under $10. The band is set by metal weight, not stones: the top three are a mirror-dome wide band at $25.69 and two multi-stone settings at $25.48 and $24.52, while the cheapest is a crystal-set open ring at $3.95. At 3 units the median is $8.63 and at 8 units $7.48. Moissanite rings on a 925 base are a separate shelf: 42 listings, median $19.52.

What 925 sterling silver earrings and bracelets cost

Earrings: 60 pairs, $3.07 to $31.20, median $12.94; studs are the entry shape with a median of $9.26 and hoops the widest, $5.26 to $31.20. Bracelets: 26 listings, $3.72 to $28.58, median $9.90. At 8 units the median pair is $10.51 and the median bracelet $8.04. Every figure is the price printed on the listing, taken at its lowest variant.

Stainless steel jewelry price per piece, not per gram

Steel is priced per piece here, because the source workshops price it that way: 293 listings from 30 workshops, $0.14 to $20.59, median $4.17 at one unit and $3.39 at 8. By shape the medians are earrings $3.77, rings $3.52, necklaces $4.17, bracelets $4.70, bangles $5.63, sets $4.41. No steel grade is published on any listing and no per-gram rate exists on the site; a buyer who costs steel by weight has to weigh the sample.

Pearl and natural stone prices: 200 listings, 194 of them pearl

The natural stone family is in practice a pearl family: 194 of 200 listings are recorded as freshwater pearl or pearl, the other 6 as agate, crystal, jade or turquoise. Prices run $0.83 to $47.47, median $4.77; earrings, the deepest shelf at 104 listings, have a median of $4.89, necklaces $11.09 across 13 listings, pendants $5.25 across 31. No pearl grade is claimed, and the word pearl on a listing repeats the source record exactly.

The shelf under $5: 526 listings, most of them copper and steel

Five hundred and twenty-six of the 1,159 listings are under $5 at their lowest variant and 778 are under $10. Copper is the floor: 204 listings, $0.72 to $4.72, median $1.31, all recorded as copper with no brass or bronze. Steel follows at a median of $4.17. Nothing about wear, plating or skin contact is claimed on any of them, at any price; the price is low because the metal is, not because a claim was dropped.

What sets these prices, and what the list leaves out

Enquiry notes

What travels with the order, and what each record shows

Four things exist and can be checked. The customs declaration travels with the parcel and is written line by line: product description, material, tariff heading, quantity and China as the country of origin; sterling silver goes under heading 7113.11. The listing carries the per-item supplier record that states the material, and the order confirmation email repeats the material and the unit price of every line you bought. Any listing can be ordered as a single piece at its listed price and sent for testing before a reorder. A claim window of 14 days after delivery applies to every order. No commercial invoice, packing list or certificate of origin is produced, and no assay report is held; the sentence about that is one line below, not the whole story.

What sets the price of a piece here

Published prices are calculated from the cost of the specific item at its source, not set by category or by a target margin per shelf. The same formula applies to every listing in every family, which is why the tier steps measure out to the same percentages across 3,654 variants rather than varying by product. When a source changes its price, the published 1, 3 and 8 unit prices are recalculated from the new cost.

What this list does not include

It does not include freight, which is quoted separately at checkout, and it does not include any sales tax or VAT you charge on resale. It is not a quote for a specific basket: the listing and the checkout are the authority for any actual order, and this page is a description of the catalogue on the date it was computed.

What is not claimed about the goods

No assay, hallmark certificate or purity test is published for any listing, because no test report is held. No nickel-free, lead-free or hypoallergenic claim is made on any listing. No plating thickness, tarnish resistance or durability claim is made. No commercial invoice, packing list or certificate of origin is produced for these shipments. The 925 record on the silver and moissanite families is a supplier record for that specific item, not an independent assay.

What we do not offer

There is no private label programme, no OEM or ODM production, no custom manufacturing and no dropshipping. Orders ship as the published product in its published packaging, to you. A buyer who needs branded packaging or a custom design should treat this catalogue as stock sourcing rather than as a manufacturing partner.

Where the goods come from, and how the list stays current

The 1,159 listings come from 46 source workshops and the catalogue is re-read against those sources every night. A listing whose source goes out of stock has its quantity set to zero rather than being left orderable, a listing whose source raises its minimum order above one piece is withdrawn permanently, and a listing whose source changes price has its published prices recalculated. That is why the counts on this page carry a date.

Questions about this catalogue

How much does wholesale jewelry cost per piece here?
Single-piece prices run from $0.14 to $137.38 across 1,159 published listings, with a median of $5.37. 526 listings are under $5 and 778 are under $10. By material the medians are $1.31 for copper, $4.17 for stainless steel, $4.77 for pearl and stone, $11.83 for sterling silver and $17.13 for moissanite on 925 silver.
What discount do the 3 unit and 8 unit wholesale prices give?
Measured across all 3,654 published variants, the 3 unit price averages 6.28 per cent below the single price and the 8 unit price averages 18.77 per cent below it. On the catalogue median of $5.37 that is about $5.03 at three units and about $4.36 at eight.
Is there a minimum order to get the wholesale price?
No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. The single-piece price is already a published price, and the 3 and 8 unit prices apply at those quantities on the same listing without an account, an approval step or a threshold in dollars.
Do I need an account to see prices?
No. All three prices are on the product page for every visitor. There is no trade login, no approval queue and no separate price list to request, so the number you see on a first visit is the number you pay at that quantity.
What is the cheapest category to start with?
Copper, where all 204 listings are under $5 with a median of $1.31, followed by stainless steel where 202 of 293 listings are under $5. Those cost the least to test on a counter, though neither carries the 925 supplier record that the sterling silver and moissanite families do.
Does the price include shipping?
No. Goods and freight are quoted separately. Freight is calculated at checkout for your destination and your parcel's actual weight, and on a duty-prepaid line the import duty is already inside that figure, so goods plus freight is your landed cost.
How much is shipping to the United States?
A 200 g parcel was quoted on 15 September 2026 at $6.98 economy at 10 to 15 days, $7.18 premium at 5 to 7 days and $8.56 standard at 8 to 15 business days. All three lines were duty prepaid.
How much is shipping to Europe?
All 27 EU countries returned a duty-prepaid economy line at 7 to 15 days for a 200 g parcel on 15 September 2026, from $8.86 in Poland to $13.44 in Malta. The UK was $5.11 at 7 to 15 days, also duty prepaid.
Will I be charged import duty when the parcel arrives?
Not on a duty-prepaid line. The duty is inside the freight figure you approve at checkout and nothing further is collected on delivery. Duty-prepaid status is shown per line by the rate engine, so where a line does not carry it, the line says so rather than leaving it to be discovered at the door.
Are prices in euros or pounds?
No. All prices are quoted and settled in US dollars. Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate reference for reading convenience, and the amount charged is the dollar amount.
Do prices change, and how do I know the list is current?
Yes, they change when the underlying cost changes: the catalogue is re-read against its sources every night and published prices are recalculated from the new cost. Every figure on this page carries the date it was computed, and the listing itself is always the current number.
Can I mix materials and categories in one order?
Yes. Silver, steel, copper, moissanite and pearl travel in the same parcel and are quoted on that parcel's weight rather than per line, each keeping its own published tier prices. There is no per-material minimum.
How many pieces does $100 of goods buy?
At each family's median 8 unit price, roughly 94 copper pieces, 29 stainless steel pieces, 25 pearl or stone pieces, 10 sterling silver pieces or 7 moissanite pieces. Those are medians, so half of each family sits below the figure shown.
Is everything on this list actually in stock?
All 1,159 listings were in stock at the time of writing, across 3,654 variants from 46 source workshops. Stock is re-read from the source every night and a listing whose source runs out has its quantity set to zero rather than being left orderable.
Do you offer private label, OEM or dropshipping?
No to all three. There is no private label programme, no OEM or ODM production, no custom manufacturing and no dropshipping. Orders ship as the published product in its published packaging, to you.
Do I need a business licence, an EIN, a VAT number or a resale certificate to order?
No document upload exists on this site and no account application precedes the prices. What happens is one step: as a wholesale platform we verify every new buyer once, by email, before the first order is processed; reply to that email and the payment link follows. From the second order on, online payment is immediate. The full description is on the page about ordering without a trade account.
Which claims about these goods have not been tested?
Purity assay, hallmark certificate, nickel-free status, lead and cadmium, skin-contact or hypoallergenic status, plating thickness, tarnish or wear behaviour, and steel grade. None of these is tested, so none is claimed on any listing. The list is published in one place so that a buyer whose market requires a file can order a single piece and have it tested before stocking the design.
