Jewelry Store Suppliers: What Is Still Buyable in Eight Weeks, and How We Show It

A store's supplier question is not what is in the catalogue today, it is what will still be there at the reorder. This page sets out the mechanism rather than a promise: stock and prices are reconciled with production every night, and listings are taken down rather than left standing. 1,693 listings, 4,867 of 5,207 variants in stock as of 14 October 2026.

  1. 01

Read from production on 19 September 2026: 1,213 published listings, 3,807 variants, 3,756 in stock, 51 at zero, and no variant awaiting a specification re-check.

  2. 02

Published listings currently come from 30 distinct factories and trading shops, so one supplier stopping a design does not take a category with it.

  3. 03

All 5,207 variants carry both the 3 unit and the 8 unit wholesale price, so a reorder is priced by the same public listing as the first order.

Reorder timing

Handling is 3 to 7 business days before dispatch. To the United States a 200 g parcel quoted $6.98 economy 10 to 15 days, $7.18 premium 5 to 7 days, $8.56 standard 8 to 15 business days, all three duty prepaid. We dispatch from Guangzhou, so a store planning a counter reset should order against that timing rather than expect a domestic lead time.

Splitting a larger reorder

Duty-prepaid lines carry a declared-value ceiling per parcel. Each duty-prepaid line carries a declared-value ceiling per parcel; above it the checkout quotes express lines with duties payable on delivery. The per-country figures for Europe are set out on the Europe supplier page.

How continuity is handled here.

Store information

The whole catalogue is reconciled nightly

Every night each published listing is reconciled with production: 10 nightly runs in the last 10 days, the most recent on 18 September 2026. Price changes are recalculated, out-of-stock SKUs are set to zero, and de-listed products are taken down. This is the same process for all 1,693 listings; there is no subset that is maintained by hand and no subset that is left alone.

A raised minimum removes the listing permanently

If a supplier raises its own minimum above one piece, that listing is taken down and does not come back automatically, even if the supplier later lowers it again. Returning it requires a person to re-list it deliberately. That is the strictest of the rules here and it costs us range, which is the point: a store should not discover at the reorder that a single piece is no longer buyable.

A single failed check never removes anything

Network failures and rate limits look exactly like a de-listing if you only look once, so nothing is taken down on one miss. A listing must be missed on several consecutive nights before it is a candidate, and if an unusually large share of the catalogue fails in one run the whole run is abandoned and nothing is taken down that night.

Enquiry notes

What each listing states

Every listing names its material. All 627 sterling silver listings are 925 sterling silver, marked 925 or S925 on the listing next to the price, and all 415 moissanite listings are set on 925 sterling silver.

Checking a single piece, and the claim window

Every design can be ordered as a single piece at its listed price, so you can check the quality in hand before you build a collection around it. A claim window of 14 days after delivery applies to every order.

Five materials, reconciled with production nightly.

Every wholesale catalogue looks complete on the day you find it. The question a store is actually asking is narrower: when I come back in eight weeks for the design that sold, will it be there, and if not will I find out before or after I promise it to a customer. This page answers it with the mechanism and the current numbers, because the mechanism is the part that can be checked. What follows is what runs every night and what causes a listing to come down. We are a stock supplier shipping from Guangzhou.

Questions about this catalogue

Will a design I buy today still be available when I reorder?

Availability is reconciled with production every night (10 nightly runs in the last 10 days, the most recent on 18 September 2026), so the listing tells you honestly rather than optimistically. A design that has stopped is set to zero rather than kept showing as available: on 19 September 2026, 51 of 3,807 variants were held at zero for exactly that reason. Designs do go away here; you find out on the listing, not at the reorder.

What makes a listing disappear entirely?

The product being withdrawn from production, or its supplier raising its own minimum above one piece. The second is permanent and does not reverse automatically. Neither happens on a single failed check: a listing must be missed on several consecutive nights first, and a run with an unusually high failure rate is abandoned without taking anything down.

Is there a minimum order or an account to open?

No minimum in quantity or value, and no account application before prices. Any of the 1,693 listings can be ordered from 1 piece at its printed price. Payment is made online at checkout straight away, on the first order as on every reorder.

How many suppliers sit behind the catalogue?

30 distinct factories and trading shops as of 14 October 2026. Concentration is worth asking any supplier about, which is why the figure is published rather than described. AdornTrade has been in the jewelry business since 2020 and runs its own silver jewelry factory, which handles quality control.
