Wholesale jewellery to the EU, duty paid

Wholesale Jewellery Shipped to the EU with Duty Paid at Checkout, up to $165 per Parcel

Every European Union destination quoted on 23 September 2026 returned a duty-paid line for a 200 g parcel: Poland $9.10, Spain $9.62, France $9.93, Sweden $9.93, Germany $10.05, Portugal $10.11, Netherlands $10.51, Italy $10.67, Ireland $10.67, Austria $11.13, Belgium $11.25. The United Kingdom was $5.35. Each figure is the whole amount checkout charges for transport: the carrier line, the domestic consolidation leg and the EU per-parcel collection fee, with the duty inside it, up to a declared value of $165 per parcel.

Free duty-paid shipping on orders of $99–$350 to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico: import duties and VAT included, nothing to pay on delivery, from 1 piece.

  1. 01

Every freight figure on this page was returned by the live rate engine on 23 September 2026 for a 200 g parcel, one destination at a time, and is the full transport amount checkout charges rather than the carrier line alone. Each of the twelve returned three duty-paid lines out of three quoted.

  2. 02

The $165 ceiling was established by quoting Germany at $140, $150, $160, $165, $170 and $180 declared value. Duty-paid lines were returned at and below $165 and withdrawn at $170.

  3. 03

As of 3 November 2026, 1,325 of the 2,113 published listings are 925 sterling silver: 939 in the sterling silver family and 386 set with moissanite on a 925 sterling silver base.

What a 200 g parcel costs, and what is inside that figure

Shipping information

Quoted per destination, not as one European rate

Each destination was quoted on its own on 23 September 2026 for a 200 g parcel, because a single European rate hides the spread between countries: on this list the dearest EU destination costs about a quarter more than the cheapest, and the United Kingdom sits well below both. The per-country figures are in the table above.

Every line returned came back duty paid

For each of the twelve destinations, three lines were quoted and all three came back duty paid. That is the state on the day of quoting rather than a rate card we undertake to hold; the checkout is the authority for any specific order.

Handling then transit

Orders are prepared in 3 to 7 business days before dispatch, and the transit time of the line you choose runs from that point rather than from the order date.

What duty paid means here, precisely

Store information

The duty is inside the freight figure

The freight figure you approve at checkout already contains the import duty for that parcel. Nothing further is collected from you on delivery on these lines.

Where one parcel stops: $165 declared value

The ceiling is a declared value of $165 per parcel. That is the European Union threshold above which a consignment needs formal clearance, not a policy we invented.

What runs above the ceiling

Above $165 a single parcel loses its duty-paid lines, so the checkout splits orders of $99–$350 into several duty-paid parcels of up to $165 that ship free. Only above $350 do express services remain, on which the receiver settles duty, and those are labelled duty-unpaid at checkout rather than presented as a landed cost.

Each duty-prepaid line carries a declared-value ceiling per parcel; above it the checkout quotes express lines with duties payable on delivery.

A larger order is therefore quoted as more than one parcel, each below the ceiling and each priced on its own weight.

Duty is not VAT

Import VAT, and how it is accounted for, depends on your country and your registration status. We state the duty position because that is the part these lines settle.

What this page states, and the evidence behind it

Enquiry notes

What travels with the order, and what each record shows

Five things exist and can be checked. The customs declaration travels with the parcel and is written line by line: product description, material, tariff heading, quantity and China as the country of origin; sterling silver goes under heading 7113.11. Every paid order also comes with a commercial invoice and a packing list in English, with the seller, the buyer and one line per item: description, material, HS code, country of origin, quantity and unit price. The link arrives in the payment confirmation email, ready to print or save as a PDF for your broker or your books. Every listing states the material of the item, and the order confirmation email repeats the material and the unit price of every line you bought. Every design can be ordered as a single piece at its listed price, so you can check the quality in hand before you build a collection around it. A claim window of 14 days after delivery applies to every order.

The ceiling is published because it is real

Most overseas suppliers either say nothing about import duty or describe a duty-paid service without stating where it stops. We publish the number, because a buyer who discovers the ceiling at the door has been misled, and because the ceiling belongs to the European Union rather than to us. Below it, the checkout total is the landed cost of that parcel. Above it, we say so on this page instead of leaving it to the courier.

Compliance documents for your market

If your market requires a compliance file, ask before ordering and we will confirm which documents come with your order.

Freight figures carry their date

Carrier pricing moves. Every freight figure here was read on 23 September 2026, and the checkout is the authority for any specific order. This page describes the lines as they were quoted on that day, not a rate card we undertake to hold.

The reason a European buyer hesitates over an overseas jewellery supplier is rarely the unit price. It is the second invoice: the parcel arrives, the courier presents an import bill, and the margin that looked workable at checkout is gone. This page states where that does not happen on our lines, where it stops applying, and what runs above that point. The ceiling is real, and it is published here rather than discovered at the door.

Questions about this catalogue

Is shipping free, and are import duties included?

Yes, on orders of $99 to $350 (goods value after discounts) shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all 27 EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico: the duty-paid shipping line is free, and import duties and VAT are already included, so the checkout total is the full landed cost and nothing is collected on delivery. Orders start at 1 piece, and you can mix materials to reach $99. Orders above $165 may be sent as several duty-paid parcels, still free of charge. Outside the $99–$350 range, the cart shows the shipping charge before you pay. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) are never free.

Is shipping DDP, or will a courier ask me for import duty when the parcel arrives?

Not on these lines, and not below a declared value of $165 per parcel. The duty is already inside the freight figure you approve at checkout. On 23 September 2026 every one of the twelve destinations quoted returned three DDP (duty-paid) lines out of three.

What happens above $165?

The duty-paid lines are withdrawn. What remains are express services on which the receiver settles duty on delivery, and those are labelled as duty-unpaid at checkout rather than presented as a landed cost. Each duty-prepaid line carries a declared-value ceiling per parcel; above it the checkout quotes express lines with duties payable on delivery.

Why $165 and not some other number?

It is the dollar approximation of the European Union threshold of EUR 150, above which a consignment needs formal customs clearance rather than the simplified route the duty-paid lines run on. It is a customs rule rather than a company policy, which is why it does not move when you ask.

Does DDP (duty paid) also mean VAT paid?

No. Duty is what the carrier settles on these lines. Import VAT, and how it is accounted for, depends on your country and on whether you are VAT registered. We state the duty position because that is the part these lines cover.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. Every listing can be ordered from one piece, and the 1, 3 and 8 unit prices are printed on the listing itself.

Do I need a business licence, an EIN, a VAT number or a resale certificate to order?

A first order needs nothing extra at checkout: add the listings, choose the shipping line and pay online straight away. Prices are public from the first visit, and every later order is paid online immediately. The full description is on the page about ordering without a trade account.

Do you supply a commercial invoice and a packing list?

Yes. Every paid order comes with a commercial invoice and a packing list in English: seller and buyer, one line per item with description, material, HS code, country of origin, quantity and unit price, and the invoice total. The link arrives in the payment confirmation email, and you can print it or save it as a PDF.
